Terms and Conditions

Dent size no greater 200mm (20cm) in diameter
Scratch is no longer than 2 panels
No more than 2 panels of paint
If parts are required guarantee is at discretion of WSRS
Existing paint must be in repairable condition (if your paint is faded and flaking, perhaps you need to speak with our Spray-Painting department for an entire re-spray quote and have your scratch or dent repaired then)
Your vehicle must be dropped off at our facility by 7:30am – 8:00am at the latest
Willmot Smash Repair Specialist reserves the right to deem any repair not suitable for our guarantee before commencing repairs if discussed with client
Photos to be provided and vehicle inspection to be carried out by a Willmot Specialist prior to repair commencement
Client must approve the quote provided prior to commencement of repairs
